Return Conditions
NMGShop accepts returns within 7 days from the date the customer receives the product. Returned items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
ทาง NMGShop ยินดีรับคืนสินค้าภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า โดยสินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน มีป้ายสินค้าครบถ้วน และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
Eligible Cases for Return
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Products that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues
- Products that were incorrectly sent by the shop
กรณีใดบ้างที่สามารถคืนสินค้าได้ ได้แก่ สินค้าชำรุดหรือเสียหายจากการผลิต, สินค้าที่ทางร้านส่งผิดเท่านั้น
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Underwear and cosmetic products
- Products that have been used or washed
- Discounted or clearance/sale items (as clearly stated by the shop)
- Products without a receipt or proof of purchase
- Items ordered incorrectly by the customer (no returns or exchanges accepted)
- Cases where the customer provides an incorrect shipping address or contact information. The shop will not be responsible for reshipment, returns, or loss of items during delivery
สินค้าที่ไม่สามารถคืนได้
สินค้าบางประเภทไม่สามารถคืนได้ เช่น
- สินค้าที่ผลิตตามสั่งหรือสินค้าพิเศษเฉพาะบุคคล,
- สินค้าประเภทชุดชั้นในและเครื่องสำอาง,
- สินค้าที่ผ่านการใช้งานหรือซักแล้ว,
- สินค้าลดราคาพิเศษหรือสินค้าเซลล์ (ที่ทางเราได้มีระบุไว้ชัดเจน)
- สินค้าที่ไม่มีใบเสร็จหรือหลักฐานการซื้อ
- สินค้าที่ลูกค้าสั่งผิดเอง ทางร้านไม่รับสินค้าคืน หรือ เปลี่ยนสินค้า
- กรณีที่ลูกค้าใส่ที่อยู่ผิด รวมทั้งข้อมูลการติดต่ออื่นๆ ทางร้านไม่รับผิดชอบในการจัดส่งคืน และจัดส่งใหม่ หรือไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีสินค้าสูญหายในระหว่างการจัดส่ง
Return Process
Customers must request a return via Line Official (@NMGShop) and provide the following:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Photos of the product
Our team will review the request and notify the customer of the result within 1–2 business days.
If approved, the customer must send the product back to the shop. Once received and inspected, NMGShop will process the refund or exchange within 7–14 business days.
ขั้นตอนการคืนสินค้า
ลูกค้าแจ้งความประสงค์คืนสินค้าผ่านช่องทาง Line Official (@NMGShop) พร้อมแนบหลักฐานดังต่อไปนี้
1.ใบเสร็จการสั่งซื้อ
2. รูปถ่ายสินค้า
จากนั้นทีมงานจะตรวจสอบและแจ้งผลการพิจารณาภายใน 1-2 วันทำการ หากอนุมัติ ลูกค้าส่งสินค้ากลับมาที่ร้าน โดยร้านจะตรวจสอบสินค้าและดำเนินการคืนเงินหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าภายใน 7-14 วันทำการหลังได้รับสินค้าคืน
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective product or an error made by the shop, NMGShop will cover all return shipping costs
หากสินค้าชำรุดหรือจัดส่งผิดพลาดจากทางร้านเท่านั้น ร้านจะรับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งคืนทั้งหมด
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer only, returned to the customer’s bank account.
เงินจะคืนผ่านช่องทางโอนเท่านั้น โอนกลับเข้าบัญชีธนาคาร
